They hired Envy Home Services, a premier sunroom installer, to get the job done. We tore down the existing deck and poured a new trench and slab foundation. Once the concrete cured, the sunroom can go up quickly.

The finished porch enclosure turned out great! The homeowners went with a three season studio style sunroom. This kind of sunroom addition will remain at a comfortable temperature for the majority of the year. We also added a custom concrete patio to finish off the space.

The cabinets were sturdy and in great shape, however she didn’t like how dark they were. Additionally, the countertop and backsplash were recently replaced. We don’t recommend trying to reuse a countertop that has already been adhered, so refacing is a good option if you want to keep your countertop.
