Generally we recommend at least one tub in the home, and they hired us to remodel the shower into a tub. The old shower is a one piece fiberglass system. A one piece is great for water proofing, but what happens over time is the house shifts and the system can crack from the pressure. To convert this shower into a tub, we had to adjust the position of the drain.
