Bartlett, IL four season sunroom addition completed in 2022. These homeowners had a patio area in their back yard they want to enclose. They hired us to remove the existing concrete and dig a new trench foundation. Once the concrete cures, our custom made to order sunrooms can be constructed quickly.
The finished sunroom is fantastic! The homeowners chose to cover the walls and ceiling with shiplap, which gives the room a nice cabin-like feel. They also went with LVT flooring, which is durable to low maintenance for a sunroom, which acts somewhat like a mudroom as well.

The cabinets were sturdy and in great shape, however she didn’t like how dark they were. Additionally, the countertop and backsplash were recently replaced. We don’t recommend trying to reuse a countertop that has already been adhered, so refacing is a good option if you want to keep your countertop.
