Carol Stream, IL three season room completed in 20222. These homeowners wanted replace their back patio with a sunroom. After we tore out the old patio, we dug a four foot trench for the new foundation. We had to remove a significant amount of the siding to make a custom cedar wall on the inside.

This sunroom features a low profile studio roof that goes well with the silhouette off the house. These homeowners went with a three season room, which means it will maintain temperature throughout the year. The frame is aluminum with 3 1/2″ inch think insulation. The wall that joins it to the house is fired with a decorative cedar wall to finish everything off.
