Elgin, IL all season sunroom, completed 2020. These homeowners had a concrete patio off their home they wanted to add a sunroom onto. We poured a new concrete foundation and then build a wooden base. The frame is so that the sunroom is level with the sliding back door, rather than having to step down.

We finished this all season sunroom and it turned out stunning! These homeowners went with a gable style roof, and 4 1/2′ insulation. The glass is double paned with argon gas insulation. The doors feature security locks and a vinyl skirt.
