Naperville, IL three season room completed in 2021. These homeowners used their back patio frequently, and wanted to add an addition for more usable space during colder months. We started with removing the old patio and digging a trench for the foundation. Once the concrete set, the walls of this three season room go up quickly.

The finished addition is a three season room with a gable roof. This sunroom will remain at a comfortable temperature the majority of the season thanks for 3″ thick insulation inside the aluminum framing. Each double pane window is ordered to custom fit, especially the overhead windows. Our Craft-Bilt sunrooms include a custom safty lock door and removable screens.
