New Lenox, IL Three Season Sunroom Addition 2022

New Lenox, IL three season sunroom addition completed in 2022. These homeowners had concrete patio area they often used for entertaining. They wanted to add additional living space to their home by installing a three season sunroom addition. They hired us to remove a good portion of the existing patio so we could pour a new elevated concrete slab. By raising the slab, the room will be flush with the patio door. No only is this more convenient, it’s also safer.

The finished sunroom features a gable style roof for a higher ceiling. These home owners went with a three season room, which is made of cast aluminum. Three season sunrooms will maintain temapture throughout the year with little need to heat or cool them. Overall, this is a fantastic new sunroom addition and the homeowners are thrilled with their new space!
