Oak Lawn, IL all season sunroom completed 2019. These homeowners had a patio off their home that they often utilized during the warmer months. They wanted to build a sunroom to enclose the space so they could use it year round. Had had to remove the old patio and pour new concrete. Each of our Craft-Bilt sunrooms are ordered custom, and come manufactured to fit in this space. Our team them assembles the sunroom and installed the windows and doors.

The final sunroom features a studio style roof. The walls are a standard 8 foot height, in white vinyl. Double pane glass windows and door with custom screens. The insulation for this build is 4 1/2″ thick, which keeps it temperature controlled throughout the year. We raised the foundation so there is no longer a step into the kitchen. The whole build is stunning!
