Palatine, IL small bathroom remodel completed in 2023. These homeowners had an outdated hall bathroom they wanted to renovate. They hired Envy Home Services to replace the shower tiles with a more maintenance friendly acrylic system. We also replaced the bathtub, vanity, and flooring to complete the look.
The completed bathroom turned out great! We installed larger tiles on the floor so there are fewer grout lines to clean. The new vanity is a modern white with a custom quartz top. The wet area is an arylic four-piece system.

The cabinets were sturdy and in great shape, however she didn’t like how dark they were. Additionally, the countertop and backsplash were recently replaced. We don’t recommend trying to reuse a countertop that has already been adhered, so refacing is a good option if you want to keep your countertop.
