Romeoville, IL all season sunroom, completed 2021. These homeowners had a patio area they wanted to build a sunroom addition on top of. The old concrete had to be removed and replaced in order to support the weight of a new addition. Once the concrete was set, we added in the framing and all the doors and windows.
The finished sunroom is perfect! These homeowners went with a gable style roof to match their existing silhouette. This is an all season, also called a four season sunroom, which means the HVAC system is connected to the main house. The framing is standard white, with internal electrical, and 4’1/2″ insulation. A decorative pine wooden wall allows for a seamless transition into the house.
