Schaumburg, IL replacement sunroom installation completed in 2022. These homeowners had an existing dome-style sunroom that was popular in the early 1990’s. While they loved having the open windows, the area could be quite cold in the winter. They hired us to remove the old sunroom and add in a new four season sunroom addition.
Once demolition begin, our crew took care to cover the entry with plywood pieces to keep the inside as clean as possible. We quickly discovered that the old sunroom was sitting on wood that had rotted over time. We pulled out all that framing to make room for our new vinyl framing instead.
The finished sunroom turned out great! These homeowners went with a low profile studio style roof and made the choice not to extend the addition due to the foundation. They also chose a four season room as this sunroom is directly off their kitchen. We love the way this three-wall system turned out!
