They hired Envy Home Services to remove the existing patio and pour a new trench and slab foundation. In many cases, we must pour new concrete as the existing patio is not meant to withstand the weight of a sunroom addition. Once the concrete has a chance to cure, the room addition can be installed quickly.
The finished patio enclosure turned out fantastic! This particular patio enclosure is a three season room with an a-frame roof. Three season rooms are meant to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the majority of the year without the need to heat or cool it.
