Our Covid-19 Policy
At Envy Home Services, the health and safety of our homeowners and employees will always be our top priority. We have made some changes to our operations and created a new Covid-19 policy.
Like most of you, we are monitoring the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the health concerns facing our communities.
As a result, we have taken numerous actions to do our part in helping limit the spread of the virus, while still providing you
with the exceptional products and services that homeowners have come to expect from Envy Home Services.
We are following CDC guidelines for businesses, including increased cleaning at our offices and facilities. For our employees,
we have restricted all non-essential domestic and international business travel, and have enacted new leave policies that allow
employees to stay home and self-quarantine if warranted. This includes our in-home design consultants, as well as our neighborhood
marketing, installation, and service teams.
Whenever our Representatives Enter Your Home
When delivering free in-home quotes, or when our installation team is scheduled to start, every one of our employees is required to:
- Wear a Face Mask at all times
- Refrain from touching anything unnecessarily
- Wear booties at your request
When it comes down to it, it is you, our homeowners, who have the final say in how we work with you. Your comfort level inviting us into your homes is paramount.
