Algonquin, IL Three Season Sunroom completed 2021. The homeowner had a back patio, but they were interested in adding an enclosed space to entertain. We removed a little more than half of the existing patio and poured new concrete to assure the space was level. Once the concrete cured, we added in the framing. We kept the existing sliding glass door, and added in framing and insulation around it.

This addition turned out perfect! The exterior matches perfectly with the silhouette of the home, and the gable roof was an excellent choice. We love the view of the yard from inside of the sunroom!
